Upcoming EL Seminars & Events
With new emerging trends and digital transformations, marketing for our lotteries in 2020 is more than just reaching out to customers: it’s about engagement and making players part of the story. Are lotteries efficiently delivering the most relevant and personalised messages, offers and incentives to each individual player?
“It’s all about the player” will be the focus theme of the upcoming 2020 EL/WLA Marketing Seminar. In the end “The Player” is the real engine of the lottery sector.
A top tier pool of talented speakers from inside and outside the lottery sector will guide you through the latest and future trends to customer-centricity and the new products coming along with them.
At a time when digital communication is rapidly evolving and social media is one of the biggest sources of news, it is increasingly important to distinguish fact from fiction. Choosing the right communication channel and the right message for your audience can be a challenge but also an opportunity.
For lotteries it is fundamental to communicate positively about why we do what we do. This EL Communications Seminar will focus on innovative new ways to communicate, the importance of communicating lottery good causes, managing crisis situations from minor to major incidences and how to overcome the negative side of social media.
Communications can be GOOD, BAD and UGLY and this Seminar will focus on all three! This edition of the Communications Seminar will also present how EL can support its members in order to build a community of lottery communicators!
Customer’s daily life and their user experience are intensively influenced by new technological trends and changes. To keep pace with this quick evolution, lottery operations are challenged to adapt. To understand these trends better, we invite lottery professionals to listen to external researchers and futurists and to selected lottery experts, presenting their showcases of new approaches and technologies.
