INTRALOT Presented a Thrilling Journey to the Future of Playing Experience at the World Lottery Summit 2016 in Singapore

INTRALOT presented the future of playing experience at WLS 2016 unveiling its strategy and best-of-breed solutions that enable lotteries to achieve sustainable and responsible growth.

The World Lottery Association and Singapore Pools offered lottery industry professionals a unique World Lottery Summit and an amazing lifetime experience at Singapore “The Lion City”, one of the liveliest metropolises set at the crossroad of Asia Pacific. INTRALOT was delighted to support as platinum contributor such a successful event, with a well-balanced convention program, enchanting parallel events and a compelling Trade Show.

At the WLS 2016 INTRALOT had the opportunity to unveil to a high caliber audience its strategy and present best-of-breed gaming solutions adhering to the highest standards of integrity, responsibility and security that deliver significant value and enable lotteries to achieve sustainable and responsible growth.

During the Platinum Contributors CEO panel, Antonios Kerastaris, INTRALOT Group CEO, shared INTRALOT’s vision for the future of the lottery industry: “Reinventing retail is at the heart of our product and service offering through enhancing the player experience. Retail is more sociable activity. We can now use analytic tools from the online business to better understand the needs of the retail customer”. Underlining the shift of focus on the gaming experience, he noted that “our industry transforms from transactional to experiential. There will never be enough content and there will always be a need to innovate while offering new experiences. Time to market is crucial for content development.” Discussing Responsible Gaming he underlined INTRALOT’s strategic position on the topic as “what differentiates us from the illegal gambling and protects our business reputation and long term value. We are the good guys.” In his closing remarks, he underscored that “winning in the new world means better understanding the needs and habits of our customers and using technology as enabler of change. There are more opportunities for our industry out there than there are threats. We just need to change and adapt faster and faster.”

At the Trade Show floor, a dynamic INTRALOT team offered to a record number of customers and new visitors an exciting journey to the future of playing experience hosted in our award-winning INTRALOT Iconic Pavilion. The company’s expanding portfolio of product solutions that reflect the company’s “Player at the Center” product design concept was presented across four main areas, with flagship products and latest developments, all designed to appeal to a broad range of players across devices and channels.

Further on in the Retail Plus area, visitors became acquainted with INTRALOT’s newest products and solutions falling under the Self-Service gaming umbrella. Attendees engaged with Betting via the DREAMTOUCH TapnBet and the FSST (Full Serf-Service Terminal), and experience multiple betting content combined in a single 4K UHD TV screen through HORIZON CINEMATIC XP. Similarly, Lottery enthusiasts embraced the DREAMTOUCH Compact terminal and two Kiosks, one delivering Lottery content and the other Interactive Games. All products feature full HD screens for digital advertising signage, exciting Betting and Lottery content and user-friendly gameplay. They represent the Company’s next-generation retail offerings that address the needs of both operators and players and transform traditional retail points of play into captivating entertainment spaces.

In the Interactive area, visitors were delighted by INTRALOT’s Mobile and Game offering. In terms of mobility, the Company’s innovative, patent-awarded Lottery and Betting native applications consist of user-friendly interfaces that are back-end platform-agnostic, allowing operators to offer and monetize the complete Lottery and Betting experiences on any iOS or Android device. When it comes to Games, participants were overwhelmed by the startling visuals, fascinating sounds and the brilliant mechanics of Instant Win Games that feature HTML5 technology. They are all innovative gaming concepts that enhance operators’ gaming portfolios, ensure customer engagement and expand player bases. Visitors will realize that Mobile Gaming, integrated with INTRALOT Canvas, a Content Management System and OPAL, a Push Notification and Campaign Management System, is not an alternative add-on but a complete personalized solution.

Also found in the Systems area, Canvas is INTRALOT’s new, omnichannel CMS that serves game-specific dynamic content though centralized management and advanced content delivery control mechanisms, thus providing a personalized and contextual User Experience in relation to each player’s access portal. To help operators achieve the highest level of customer engagement, INTRALOT Canvas is fully integrated with iGP CRM, the Company’s dynamic player account and relationship management system that meets the growing demands of the industry, enabling expansion of sales and services across all retail and online sales channels.
