EL Industry Days 2018

Prague, June 4-6, 2018 : “Navigating towards digital opportunity” is the theme that sets the course for the EL Industry Days 2018.

The beautiful city of Prague will be the background scenery for finding answers to the question of how traditional lotteries can reinvent themselves in the digital world.  Currently, EL and Sazka, as the hosting lottery, and Premium and Semi-premium Partners are working on the details of the program to ensure it is an eye-opening experience and the must-attend strategy-forming event of the year 2018.

Robert Chvatal, CEO of Sazka, looks forward to the upcoming event: “Sazka and I personally, we will be the proud host of the EL Industry Days 2018 held in the historic city Prague, capital of the Czech Republic. The theme of the Industry Days 2018 reflects my true belief that digitalization is both a trend and a challenge for all traditional lotteries. It is a challenge we are all facing and have to embrace. I firmly believe that EL Industry Days 2018 will be an inspirational and memorable gathering for all the EL Member participants.”

“The Industry Days are an important event in the calendar of European Lotteries”, states Arjan van ‘t Veer, Secretary General. “These days give the opportunity to join colleagues and friends and to speak and listen to important developments that key-note speakers and our EL-Partners bring forward. Especially now, with the renewed strategy, EL must strive to reach the next level. I encourage our Members to live up to the Lottery values of responsibility, sustainability/society and integrity while embracing the upcoming digital opportunities. During Industry Days 2018, the attendees will discover these values in the new developments”.

The EL Industry Days 2018 will be held in the Marriott Hotel in the city centre of Prague on June 4 – 6, 2018 and will be closed by a General Assembly of EL, held the last day on June 6, 2018.

Industry Days 2018 d’EL
