EL INDUSTRY DAYS 2018

Prague, June 4-6, 2018 : “Navigating towards digital opportunity” is the theme that sets the course for the EL Industry Days 2018.

The beautiful city of Prague will be the background scenery for finding answers to the question of how traditional lotteries can reinvent themselves in the digital world.

The EL Industry Days 2018 in Prague is a call to all lottery professionals to envision the future of digital in our sector and to share their knowledge and experience of the opportunities and challenges that face us in this field. Lotteries and the Partner/Suppliers will have the chance to interact and collaborate to provide together solutions for the future of gaming in the digital space and to secure the interests of the players.

With the share of sales over the internet growing, it is clear that the return on investment from improving the digital experience will be key. We will go beyond the ‘omnichannel’ discussion by discussing the very specific new challenges that arise and how to respond to them, notably through intelligent systems design, addressing security risks and the question of digital convergence.

Once every two years, the EL Industry Days provides the Partner/Suppliers with the opportunity to interact with lottery executives and share their visions for the future. They will also share their experiences gained from partnering, developing and supporting the work with lottery clients across the world. Together we will be navigating towards digital opportunities.

Digital is rightly regarded as the first and foremost means of thorough personalisation of the products, providing for tailored, customised experiences. We will explore how this can go hand in hand with the lotteries’ first and foremost mission: protection players and providing a safe and secure offering.

Through examination of a new study designed specifically for EL, we will also discuss the specific needs of the this new generation, the omnipresent ‘Millenials’ who represent a new critical generation with different player habits from the ones that precede them.

EL will also hold its annual General Assembly during the Industry Days. This Assembly will give you the opportunity to interact and engage with the Association’ss board. Your vote on important topics will be highly awarded.

This year our emphasis will be on Digital opportunities. If you care about your digital opportunities and want to meet your colleagues … join us in Prague!

Industry Days 2018 d’EL
