2020 EL Innovation Awards are now open for submission!

EL is proud to announce that the 2020 Lottery Innovation Awards are now open! We invite all EL lottery members to enter their Innovation Success Stories for the chance to win the 2020 Lottery Innovation title.

For EL lottery members only, the awards are another key initiative led by the EL Innovation Working Group (ELIG), which was set up to inspire, connect and engage the EL community in innovation. The awards help to fulfil this mission by celebrating Innovation success and by giving all entrants access to the full Innovation Awards Portfolio (within legal limits); a fantastic source of innovation inspiration and learning materials for you and your lottery.

This bi-annual awards event is back by popular demand and for the first time will be showcased at the 2020 EL/WLA Marketing Seminar in February 2020, in London’s famous Mayfair district.

In addition to gaining access to lots of inspirational case studies regardless of position, the top three winners will be invited to attend the EL/WLA Marketing Seminar to present their innovation case study – free of charge with accommodation included. As one of the most attended yearly events for the Lotteries community, this will give winners a unique opportunity to gain global exposure by presenting to an audience of lottery professionals from across the world. And the prizes do not stop there as the top prize winner will also be invited to attend EL’s Innovation Showcase Day in late 2020 (again with free entry and accommodation) – another fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and to learn from the best innovations across the lottery community.

All EL Lottery members are invited to submit up to four examples of great innovation achieved within their lottery. Details of how to enter are below.

How do I submit my Innovation Case Study?

Visit the Innovation Awards website https://innovationaward.submit.to and follow the simple steps to upload your submission. All Innovations must be submitted by Friday 29th November 2019 for your chance to be considered for an award.

What are the Innovation Requirements?

Innovation submissions are not limited to a particular area of a lottery’s operations. Whether the innovation example that you want to showcase is a new product, an improved customer journey or even an improved process, all are worth celebrating if success has been achieved in a new and innovative way.

Any other conditions for entering the awards?

You must be a lottery member of EL and your innovation must have been implemented between 2017 and 2020. If you have any other questions, we are here to help so please do not hesitate to contact our awards committee via email at info@european-lotteries.org

Entries close Friday 29th November 2019 so be sure not to miss the deadline and miss out on this brilliant opportunity!

We look forward to receiving your submissions! Best of luck!
